Sketchbook Doodles
Yay!! Yay!! I finally had some time to scan (and poorly compile)
a whole bunch of my sketchbook doodles from the past year!!
Please forgive the ridiculously massive amount of floating heads and
repetitiveness and similar looking characters on different pages!!
I definitely got a lot of practice making doodle faces :D
There's also a whole page dedicated to Merida and her lovely hair!!
And there's some other fanart hiding around the pages as well :D
Enjoy the floating head parade!!

Figure Drawing - Midterm and Final
Here is my Midterm Presentation (Weeks 1-7)
and Final Presentation (Weeks 8-14)
from my figure drawing course this semester!!
The goal for these presentations was to take our 5 best drawings
from class each week and compile them into portfolio pages!! These
are only a few of the many drawings done throughout the semester!!
I still have a long way to go...but I learned so much
in this class and had an amazing time drawing with
so many absolutely incredible artists!!
I'm super excited to be taking clothed figure drawing

I can't believe it!!
And to celebrate, I am finally back to update my blog!!
Here is a bunch of stuff from my awesome Color Theory course!!
(Sorry about the blurriness and crookedness of some of the pictures!!)
This is the closest thing I've ever had to a painting class before...
so it was really fun to finally get to paint for my projects!!
We used gouache for most of our assignments...
ahhhhh gouaaaaache!!!!!!
I have to say, gouache is probably one of the most temperamental
mediums I've ever had to use!! While I've tried playing around
with it before, I never knew it was so complicated!!
It was a ridiculous challenge, but it really grew on me as well!!
By the end of the semester, it was a lot of fun to work with!!
And Color Theory was such a fun class!!
So many great times with so many great people!!
So far, grad school has been such an incredible experience!!
All of my classes have been wonderful and
I've met so many amazing people!!
I totally can't wait for next semester!!
