TWANAS - Spring 2013 Illustrations

I got to work on another cover!! I am so excited!!

Yay!! Yay!! Another absolutely beautiful and amazing issue!!

Wow!! I can't believe it's my very last quarter in TWANAS!!

I don't even know what to say!! It's very bittersweet!!

I am just going to miss everyone so much!! I got to work with some 

of the most wonderful, smart, encouraging, supportive, enthusiastic, 

fun, and all-around incredible people I have ever met!! 

I honestly cannot say enough good things!!

Thank you all so much for the amazing memories and experiences!!

I love you all so much!!

A super huge congratulations to all of the graduating seniors 

this year!! You're all going on to do great things, I'm sure!!

And to all of our amazing continuing and new TWANISTAS: 

carry on the legacy!! You all are going to do absolutely fantastic 

and I totally can't wait to read the next incredible issue!!

I got to work on a super fun project this quarter
with the absolutely amazing Amit!!

She had a great idea for an animated short and
we ended up collaborating on the project!! 

I am so excited!! It was so much fun to do!!

DOC Animation Graphic Novel

Here is my final project for my documentary animation class!!

Such an amazing class!! We were given the option of doing a 

graphic novel for the project and were asked to have the 

story incorporate some form of social or political issue(s)!!

Special thanks to my amazing dad 

for letting me use his inspiring story!!

This is my first graphic novel ever!! I am super excited!! 

I definitely would have loved a little more time to work 

on the images...but it was such a great challenge and 

I really enjoyed putting it all together!!

TWANAS - Winter 2013 Illustrations

Here is the TWANAS cover image from our latest issue!! 

I got to help work on the cover this time!! 

Done in collaboration with the amazing Jessica!! 

She did an absolutely gorgeous megaphone painting 

and I got to integrate it into the background!!

Also done in collaboration with all of the amazing Twanistas 

who submitted their beautiful quotes and sayings for the image!!

A reversible image done for a piece by the fantastic Andrew!! 

He had a super inspiring idea for a reversible sinkhole illustration...

so I ran with it!!

His story turned out absolutely amazing!! 

I got to do another comic this quarter as well!! 

This one is based on the new "Harlem Shake" craze!!

Another absolutely amazing quarter!! 

Everyone did such an incredible job and all of their hard work 

and effort really shows!! The issue looks absolutely gorgeous!!

I can't wait for another great quarter!! Go TWANAS!!
